High recommendation for visitors who want the superb boutique hotel, luxurious high taste with affordable prices. Breakfast is excellent with good atmosphere. It is one of the best of its kind and better than many 4 star hotels in Chiang Mai. Despite its small area at the end of Nimman Soi 12, visitors will be impressed with the beautiful neo-classic designed, impressionist paintints and artistic decoration items. My family also thanksthe hotel for its kindness and caring by providing a comfortable and convenient room suitable to one member of my family who has had hearth problem.

The rooms were brand-new and modern, had hair dryers, soft bathrobes and shower caps in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - not too far from Nimman Haemin.

Great breakfast especially with local food, polite workers. Location just next door to Chiang Mai where the rent was twice that of Pingnakorn and the apt was made of really shoddy materials and many shops and restaurants and the most famous night clubs.

The hotel had a trendy mediterranean/thai restaurant downstairs where you can relax and enjoy snacks, plus a rooftop terrace for dining. Great location near the vibrant Nimmanhaemin Street.
Oh, and let's not forget the charming concrete building with its lovely pale-turquoise railings - so visually stimulating!
